  • Dear Carol, Richard, Jason, Rachel, and family,
I’m so glad I was able to be with you virtually. Your tributes to Jerry really captured the essence of him and his wonderful life.
Our hearts are broken with you and for you. We count ourselves as some of the lucky friends who were welcomed into your home and with whom we shared many simchahs. Precious memories.

  • Thank you for making Jerry’s funeral available to us and our family. It was very moving for Michael and I. Richard, you summarized beautifully my brother’s life, accomplishments, and relationships and the kind of person He was. We will all miss him dearly but very grateful that he lives on in you, your mom, Jason and Rachel and all your spouses and all your children. Michael and I love all of you. We are so very sorry for your suffering. We are so very happy that he was able to be buried in Israel so his last wish could be fulfilled. He rests a very Blessed Man knowing that he lived and was so loved by all of you. We love you.
Love, Aunt Linda and Uncle Mike

  • I wish I could have been there today. I am in tears after hearing all those wonderful speeches. Jerry’s impact and legacy will continue to be felt by so many for years and years to come. I feel lucky to have known him. May the neshama of Yehuda Shmuel ben Aryeh Leib have an aliyah. Wishing you all comfort in this incredibly difficult time.

  • My deepest Sympathies. What a wonderful man. I loved working with him in the OR. I always learnt something about stocks, shares, the Jewish religion and got some great advice. He was a great podiatry surgeon, patients and staff loved him. A real gentleman.

  • I AM VERY SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR LOSS. JERRY ALWAYS TREATED ME SPECIAL DURING OUR TIME TOGETHER. JERRY ALWAYS GAVE ME STRAIGHTFORWARD ADVICE WITHOUT SUGAR COATING. JERRY TOUGHT ME THINGS ABOUT LIFE THAT I NEVER CONSIDERED. THE MOST OBVIOUS WAS HOW TO RAISE A FAMILY.

I ADMIRED, RESPECTED AND LOVED THE MAN.

    SINCERELY,

    DON STRAN

  • I’d met him only a few times, yet I have always admired his principles, his kindness, and his devotion to the wonderful family he leaves behind.
